SEMINAR ROOMS

The seminar rooms are equipped with the latest technology… PCs, beamers and sound equipment are all available. Additionally over 150 material samples, flipcharts and whiteboards are available. The entire room can hold up to 100 people. There is the possibility to make use of a room divider to convert the room into two smaller seminar rooms.

LOUNGE

There are tables and chairs available so that you and your seminar participants can enjoy a break. A beverage vending machine is available for dispensing both warm and cold drinks. In addition the kitchen can be used for food preparation.

KITCHEN

Set up for hands-on practice of kitchen cleaning, the large kitchen is equipped with attached metal coverings, ceramic wall tiles, and professional kitchen appliances made of stainless steel with safety tiles.

NURSING STATION ROOM

The nursing station room with elastic floor covering, 2 patient beds, vertical blind window coverings, window panes and typical furnishings is available for learning the daily cleaning and disinfection tasks necessary in a hospital setting, as well as equipped for learning basic cleaning tasks. This area is rounded off with a sanitary room including a shower, toilet and vanity sink area.

SCHOOL/CLASSROOM

A school classroom with linoleum flooring, window and authentic school desks, benches, tables and sinks can be used for the learning of daily and occasional cleaning tasks needed in a school environment.

HOTEL ROOM

A hotel room with carpeted floors, furnished to the most modern standard, including spacious sanitary facilities furnished with high-quality fixtures, mosaic-tiled walls and artificial stone floors. Practical training for hotel room cleaning, as well as for intensive and basic cleaning, can be carried out in this space.

INDUSTRIAL SANITARY ROOM

In this sanitary room, complete with windows, ceramic tile, and several shower stalls, the training for sanitary rooms takes place, both manually and with machines.

DOCTOR’S PATIENT EXAM ROOM

This room can be used for the hands-on practice of cleaning and disinfection skills as they are needed in hospitals and doctor’s offices. Included is an elastic floor, the exam table as well as the enclosed sanitary room.

OFFICE ROOMS

Office rooms with carpeted floors, windows, fixed glass walls and typical office furnishings can be used to practice skills relating to regular maintenance, as well as special cleaning activities.

MEETING ROOM

This conference room serves for the simulation of various cleaning procedures with typical meeting room furnishings as well as high quality elastic flooring.

UNDERGROUND/SUBWAY CAR

This subway car is just like one found in use, except that it cannot move. Original Vienna subway hardware components are available in this room and can be used for hands-on practice of public transportation cleaning skills.

STAIRCASE

These two staircase areas serve for the simulation of stairway cleaning and stairway ground cleaning with windowpanes, glass doors, landings and handrails, as well as artificial stone flooring.

WORK PLANT

This hall is for hands-on practice. There are individual berths for the following types of flooring such as:
-> PVC floors
-> Linoleum floors
-> Rubber floors
-> Parquet floors
-> Natural stone floors
-> Artificial stone floors
-> Carpeted floors
The cleaning, polishing and care procedures of these various surfaces can be learned and practiced in this work plant.

MATERIAL- and MACHINE STORAGE

The material and machine storage areas consist of devices, machines, chemicals and accessories in the latest versions of cleaning techniques. The storage area is regularly expanded and maintained.

The rooms in the Commercial Cleaning Academy can be rented, either individually or as a whole, for subject events and seminars for up to 200 people. We can arrange catering upon request.
